Marco G. Pacelli
Chief Executive Officer

Mr. Pacelli is a veteran high-tech executive with over 18 years of experience in building and commercializing technologies and companies. In his career, he successfully founded both U3S and IBS from inception to over 25M+ in revenue. U3S was taken public and IBS was sold to NICE Systems in 1998. As SVP of Worldwide Sales and Channels for NICE Systems, he built their worldwide Call Center practice. His experience spans many technological sectors from Call Centers to Wireless Telecommunications.

Dave Johnson

Mr. Johnson, currently CEO of Jenne Distributors, joined the ClickFox board after a distinguished career with Avaya. He served as Avaya's Senior Vice President of Global Alliances and Channel Development and a member of Avaya's Executive Council. There he was accountable for accelerating Avaya's penetration of existing channels while building relationships with new channels, such as technology partners, and multiple types of indirect channel partners, including distributors, resellers, VARS, ISVs, Service Providers, and Systems Integrators. Mr. Johnson was also responsible for managing Avaya's top global alliances, including systems integrator and service provider partnerships.

Mr. Johnson began his communications career in 1982 with New England Telephone, where he worked in the Field Services Organization supporting business customers. In 1987, he was appointed district manager for AT&T's Network Technical Center in Morristown, New Jersey, and in 1989, he became national account director for a large transportation account.

A native of Holden, Massachusetts, Mr. Johnson earned his bachelor's degree in Engineering from Worcester Polytechnic Institute in 1982. He currently resides in Manhattan.

Geoff Oblak

Mr. Oblak has thirteen years of experience investing in early stage information technology companies, including ten years at Ascent. Prior to joining Ascent, he served as an Investment Analyst in the Boston office of Norwest Venture Partners, where he researched emerging technology markets and worked on successful investments such as Quatritek Systems (acquired by Lucent) and Nashoba Networks (acquired by Cisco). Prior to Norwest, he worked in the Audit/Business Advisory division of Arthur Andersen, LLP, where he was sponsored by the firm in an accelerated MBA program.

Current board seats: ClickFox, Exchange Solutions, Fidelis Security, Forefield, Guardium, V.i. Labs and WebLayers.

Mr. Oblak is a CPA and holds a CFA Charter. He is a member of the CFA Institute and the Boston Security Analysts Society.

Mr. Oblak holds a BA in Economics from Hamilton College, an MBA from Boston University as well as General Course at The London School of Economics & Political Science.

Laurie Olivier

Mr. Olivier has been involved in venture capital since 1990. As Senior Business Development Manager and SVP Private Equity at Anglo American (AA), a leading global mining concern, he represents AA's interests in a number of venture funds, including the AAV fund managed by Veritas. He serves on the boards of various AAV portfolio companies. Mr. Olivier was also a board member of MCPEPA (an East Asian private equity fund) and MCA (a South African fund - Chairman of the Investment Committee). At AA, Mr. Olivier pioneered the establishment of new technology-driven businesses, and serves on the boards of a variety of publicly traded and privately held businesses, including Anglo American Industrial Corporation Ltd., CytoDome and ClickFox. Mr. Olivier was born and raised in South Africa, and holds a B.Engineering (Electronics) from the University of Pretoria, and a B.Com (Hons) and diploma in Datametrics from the University of South Africa.

Amnon Shoham

Amnon Shoham brings to Cedar Fund a wealth of experience investing in and building quality high tech companies from the ground up since 1993. His Cedar Fund success record includes early stage investments in companies that he helped build to successful exits, including Guardium (acquired by IBM in 2009), Onaro (acquired by Network Appliance - NetApp (NASDAQ: NTAP) in 2008) and Appilog (acquired in 2004 by HP/Mercury (NYSE:HPQ)). Mr. Shoham focuses on investments in the enterprise software space, and is an active board member on several of Cedar Fund's portfolio companies.

Ofer Timor

Mr. Timor enjoys significant experience in managing companies, building sales and marketing organizations, developing management teams and streamlining the operations of growing organizations. In Delta Fund he plays a significant role, serving as a board member and a chairman in some of the portfolio companies. As President of CST (NASDAQ: JCDA), a leading software company in the legacy to web-enabling market, Mr. Timor helped develop a start-up into a multi-national company with 140 employees and more than $10 million in annual revenues. Previously, Mr. Timor managed, for 5 years, one of Europe's leading computer hardware companies, a subsidiary of Packard Bell. Prior to that he managed Amira (Israel) Ltd., the pioneer investment house responsible for establishing Teledata and Interpharm. Mr. Timor holds a BA in Business Administration and Economics from Haifa University. Mr. Timor served as a combat fighter pilot in the Israeli Air Force.
