ClickFox's leadership team is comprised of a hard–working, dedicated group of individuals who bring a broad range of skills, strong management and a track record of success working with Fortune 1000 customers to the organization.

Marco G. Pacelli – Chief Executive Officer
Mr. Pacelli is a veteran high–tech executive with over 18 years of experience in building and commercializing technologies and companies. He successfully founded both U3S and IBS from inception to over 25M+ in revenue. U3S was taken public and IBS was sold to NICE Systems in 1998. He built Nice's worldwide Call Center practice as Senior Vice President of Worldwide Sales and Channels. Mr. Pacelli's experience spans many technological sectors from Call Centers to Wireless Telecommunications.

William Hawley – Chief Operating Officer
Mr. Hawley is responsible for all operations at ClickFox worldwide. Prior to joining ClickFox, he spent five years with NICE Systems as Senior Vice President for Client Services. He built a service organization at NICE, managing a team of over 300 responsible for implementing and supporting a worldwide customer base, including many Fortune 1000 companies. Mr. Hawley built the organization to a very profitable business line that contributed a significant portion of the company's annual income. Before his tenure at NICE, he served as Vice President of Information Systems at FUSA/Bank One and held various management positions at MBNA America.

Sharon Lynch – Chief Financial Officer
Ms. Lynch is responsible for worldwide Finance and HR at ClickFox. Prior to joining ClickFox, she was Vice President Finance and Controller at Dun & Bradstreet Software. Ms. Lynch is a Certified Public Account and has over 18 years experience with expertise in implementing policies and procedures, and accounting controls. She holds a bachelor of science in Industrial Management from Georgia Tech.

Anna Convery – Chief Marketing Officer
Ms Convery is responsible for global ClickFox marketing and market development. Prior to joining ClickFox, Convery held the positioning of SVP of marketing and product management at Nexidia Inc, where she was responsible for developing the product and marketing strategy that positioned Nexidia as the industry leader in audio mining and speech analytics. Convery has held various marketing and business development roles in IBM Corporation, Jacada Ltd. and Unibol Inc. throughout EMEA (Europe, Middle East and Asia) and North America.

She is the recipient of the 2007 Women in Technology of the Year Award, and was recognized as one of Atlanta's 40 under 40 as recognized by the Atlanta Business Chronicle. Convery holds a BA (Hons.) Business Studies from the University of Ulster, Belfast Northern Ireland; and advanced accreditations in international business studies from the Universite Louvain la Neuve, Brussels, Belgium.

Alex Massie – Vice President of Business Solutions
Mr. Massie manages the delivery of business analytics and training services for ClickFox. Prior to ClickFox, he was an associate at Booz Allen Hamilton where he delivered engagements centered in strategy and business process redesign with emphasis on Customer Relationship Management. Mr. Massie began his career honorably serving in the US Navy as a Reactor Operator and Diver aboard Fast Attack submarines.

Mike McClelland – VP Global Delivery
Mr. McClelland leads all of ClickFox global delivery solutions, sales support management and ongoing production support of ClickFox implementations. Prior to joining ClickFox, he was responsible for the project management, implementation and support transition services for multiple, top–tier Fortune 1000 accounts at NICE Systems. Mr. McClelland has also successfully managed global implementations of call center and advanced environmental control technology solutions at several leading telecommunications and industrial organizations throughout the United States and Asia Pacific. He has over 15 year's operations, technology implementation and services management experience in the health care, finance, software and telecommunications industries.

Tom Wheeler – VP Research and Development
Mr. Wheeler draws on his expertise in delivering enterprise software products to the Fortune 1000 as head of all research and development for ClickFox. Mr. Wheeler held various development and management positions at General Electric, US West and Centerpoint, Inc. At Centerpoint, he was responsible for building Avaya's globally distributed Centre Vu Explorer. Mr. Wheeler also headed all of Engineering Services at NICE Systems where he and his team delivered custom software solutions for NICE's premier customers including many of the Fortune 1000.
