Prior to VIA Partners, Rob was Managing Vice President of Hitachi Consulting, leading the Organization & Transformation Solutions Practice. Before Hitachi, Rob served as VP & Managing Director, Strategy & Organization Effectiveness Practice for Dove Consulting, which was acquired by Hitachi in 2005.
