At ClickFox the privacy of visitors to our customer's web sites is of utmost importance. In order to maintain your privacy, ClickFox adheres to the following privacy principles:

No Collection of Personal Information

ClickFox does not collect any personal information such as names, phone numbers, or addresses from visitors to our customer's web sites.The customer's site may collect personal information and make it available to ClickFox for analysis; this is subject to the customer's privacy policy. In this case, ClickFox does not accept or include in its reports on traffic analysis personally identifiable information such as name, phone number, or street address. Only aggregately anonymous information such as age, state, zip code, or email domain will be used.

Collection of Non–Personally Identifiable Information

ClickFox collects anonymous visitor information like IP addresses, browser types (such as Microsoft Internet Explorer or Netscape Navigator), referring pages, pages visited and time spent on the web site. ClickFox collects this non–personally identifiable information for the following purposes:

Use of Anonymous IP Address

IP addresses are recorded by every site on the internet. ClickFox, Inc. collects this information as well, but does so exclusively anonymous statistical purposes.

No Individual Profiling

ClickFox does not create individual profiles of visitors. Unlike other tracking services we do not have a database of individual profiles of each visitor.

Third Party Access

Our customers control access to ClickFox web traffic analysis reports. ClickFox does not provide access to anyone other than the users identified by our customers. ClickFox anonymous traffic data for a customer's web site may be provided to an auditing service upon request from such customer.

Anonymous Use of Cookies

It is ClickFox's policy to use cookies only for more accurate anonymous traffic analysis such as tracking the time/date of the visit, the page viewed, the referrer, transaction information for eCommerce pages. The cookie information does not include personal data such as name, age, phone number, email address or mailing address. In addition, ClickFox does not link cookies to personal data such as name, age, phone number, email address or mailing address. As we do not build a database of individual visitors, the data that we do collect is never stored in any individual user profile; the data collected serves only to update aggregate counts allowing our customers to monitor traffic on their site. Most browsers are initially set up to accept cookies. If you would prefer, you can set your browser to reject cookies.

ClickFox customers use customized JavaScript tracking code provided by ClickFox to track anonymous information about their web site visitors' activity. This code contacts ClickFox's servers, receives a response, and loads an image to the page. This 1x1 image is called a clear gif or web bug. This JavaScript tracking code does not collect personal information such as name, age, phone number, mailing address or credit card numbers from visitors to our customers' web sites. All the traffic information we compile for your web site and personal information that we collect about you and your visitors is considered confidential. Access to this information is protected by usernames and passwords. You should keep your password and user name confidential.We have implemented industry standard security mechanisms to protect this information from loss, misuse and unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration and destruction. Examples include password protected access and firewalls.ClickFox software and hardware are configured to provide effective security.

ClickFox Has Limited Access to your Information

ClickFox will not access, modify, or otherwise divulge the traffic information we compile for your site except for the express purpose of generating reports which have been authorized by you or otherwise agreed to by you, or unless acting under a good faith belief that such action is necessary to:
