Mr. Pacelli is the CEO of ClickFox, the leader in a new breed of experience analytics. He works with businesses to reveal optimal customer experience journeys so they can create more happy, loyal customers. Pacelli is a veteran high-tech executive, with more than 18 years of experience in building and commercializing technologies and companies. Previously, as SVP of Worldwide Sales and Channels for NICE Systems, he built their worldwide Call Center practice. His experience spans many technological sectors from Call Centers to Wireless Telecommunications.
Mr. Shoham brings to Cedar Fund a wealth of experience investing in and building quality high tech companies from the ground up since 1993. Prior to founding Cedar Fund, Mr. Shoham was the Managing Partner of Star Ventures in Israel, where he built and managed its investment activity in Israel. Mr. Shoham has served as director on the following NASDAQ-traded companies’ boards: Accord Networks (ACCD, acquired by Polycom, PLCM); BreezeCOM (BRZE, now Alvarion, ALVR); Fourth Dimension Software (DDDF, acquired by BMC Software, BMC); Fundtech (FNDT); Jacada (JCDA); NICEcom (acquired by 3com Corp.,COMS); Paradigm Geophysical (PGEO) and ViryaNet (VRYA). Mr. Shoham’s activity on Star’s behalf also included investments in Armon Networking (acquired by Bay Networks), Summit Design (now Innoveda, INOV) and Precise Software (PRSE). He was also instrumental in facilitating Star’s investment in Creo Products, (CREO) and Orckit Communications (ORCT). Before turning to venture capital investing, Mr. Shoham worked as an attorney in the New York office of Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom, a leading U.S. law firm, where he focused on public offerings and mergers and acquisitions involving high technology companies.
Mr. Johnson, currently CEO of Jenne Distributors, joins the ClickFox board after a distinguished career with Avaya. Dave served as Avaya’s Senior Vice President of Global Alliances and Channel Development and a member of Avaya’s Executive Council. There he was accountable for accelerating Avaya’s penetration of existing channels while building relationships with new channels, such as technology partners, and multiple types of indirect channel partners, including distributors, resellers, VARS, ISVs, Service Providers, and Systems Integrators. Mr. Johnson was also responsible for managing Avaya’s top global alliances, including systems integrator and service provider partnerships.
Johnson began his communications career in 1982 with New England Telephone, where he worked in the Field Services Organization supporting business customers. In 1987, he was appointed district manager for AT&T’s Network Technical Center in Morristown, New Jersey, and in 1989, he became national account director for a large transportation account.
A native of Holden, Massachusetts, Johnson earned his bachelor’s degree in Engineering from Worcester Polytechnic Institute in 1982. He currently resides in Manhattan.
Mr. Oblak has thirteen years of experience investing in early stage information technology companies, including ten years at Ascent. Prior to joining Ascent, Geoff served as an Investment Analyst in the Boston office of Norwest Venture Partners, where he researched emerging technology markets and worked on successful investments such as Quatritek Systems (acquired by Lucent) and Nashoba Networks (acquired by Cisco). Prior to Norwest, he worked in the Audit/Business Advisory division of Arthur Andersen, LLP, where he was sponsored by the firm in an accelerated MBA program.

Geoff is a CPA and holds a CFA Charter. He is a member of the CFA Institute and the Boston Security Analysts Society.
Geoff holds a BA in Economics from Hamilton College, an MBA from Boston University as well as General Course at The London School of Economics & Political Science.
David Court is a Director (Senior Partner) in McKinsey & Company’s Dallas office. He currently leads McKinsey’s functional practices on a global basis and is a member of the Firm’s Board of Directors and Operating Committee. He previously led McKinsey’s Sales and Marketing practice globally. He was also the Managing Director of the Dallas office and a leader of McKinsey’s Retail and Consumer practices. He serves clients across a variety of consumer and industrial related businesses.
David joined McKinsey in 1983 and was elected a Principal in 1989 and a Director in 1994. Prior to that, he worked in brand management at Procter & Gamble in Toronto. He holds a Bcomm from Queen’s University and an MBA from Harvard Business School where he was a Baker Scholar. He has worked in five McKinsey offices: Dallas, Chicago, London, Sydney, and Toronto.
Mr. Timor enjoys significant experience in managing companies, building sales and marketing organizations, developing management teams and streamlining the operations of growing organizations. In Delta Fund he plays a significant role, serving as a board member and a chairman in some of the portfolio companies. As President of CST (NASDAQ: JCDA), a leading software company in the legacy to web-enabling market, Ofer helped develop a start-up into a multi-national company with 140 employees and more than $10 million in annual revenues. Previously, Ofer managed, for 5 years, one of Europe’s leading computer hardware companies, a subsidiary of Packard Bell. Prior to that, Ofer managed Amira (Israel) Ltd., the pioneer investment house responsible for establishing Teledata and Interpharm. Ofer holds a BA in Business Administration and Economics from Haifa University. Ofer served as a combat fighter pilot in the Israeli Air Force.
Mr. Waldis is currently Chairman, President, and CEO of Synchronoss Technologies (NASDAQ: SNCR). With over 20 years’ experience, Mr. Waldis has served in startup and senior executive management positions in both high technology and telecommunication companies. Mr. Waldis started his career at AT&T in various technical, product management and sales and marketing positions before moving to executive-level roles at technology start-ups.
