Marco Pacelli has served as ClickFox’s Chief Executive Officer since 2004. As CEO, Pacelli is focused on driving profitable growth for ClickFox worldwide and guiding the ClickFox innovation agenda to ensure our clients gain actionable insights from the ClickFox platform leading to substantial savings, revenue growth and loyal customers. A veteran high-tech executive, Pacelli has more than 18 years of experience in commercializing technologies and leading companies to success. Before joining ClickFox, Marco held the senior position at NICE Systems of SVP of Worldwide Sales and Channels where he was responsible for developing their worldwide Call Center practice. His experience spans many technological sectors from Call Centers to Wireless Telecommunications.


Bill Hawley is the Chief Operating Officer at ClickFox, overseeing global business operations for all technology and cloud solutions that our clients rely on for advanced analytics and actionable insights in their daily operations. In this role, Hawley is responsible for defining strategic direction for operational excellence across the company, as well as development and delivery of the ClickFox platform. Prior to joining ClickFox, he served as Senior Vice President of Client Services at NICE Systems where he established a highly profitable service organization that contributed to a significant portion of the company’s annual revenue. Prior to his tenure at NICE, he served as Vice President of Information Systems at FUSA/Bank One and held various senior leadership positions at MBNA America.


Sharon Lynch is the Chief Financial Officer, overseeing corporate development, enterprise financial activities and human resources functions at ClickFox. In her role, Lynch provides direction in both strategic and tactical areas focused on budget management, forecasting needs, future investment and growth plans. Prior to joining ClickFox, she served as Vice President Finance and Controller at Dun & Bradstreet Software. A Certified Public Accountant, Lynch has over 18 years of experience specializing in implementing policies and procedures, as well as accounting controls. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Management from Georgia Tech.

Timothy Myers is the Chief Technology Officer at ClickFox, responsible for providing technical leadership and overall direction with particular focus on strategic technical initiatives and new opportunities for leveraging core CEA Platform assets and solutions. Prior to joining ClickFox, Tim has worked with many technology companies over the years to strategize, design and best implement enterprise software and solutions. Most recently, he was the Chief Delivery Officer at Return on Intelligence focused on the delivery of vertical related services as well as introducing new capabilities that align and support the changing drivers of businesses he supported. His expertise spans alignment of business architecture with Social Media technologies, Mobility, the Internet of Everything, Data and Analytics and Cloud-computing, working with a global network of delivery teams located across the United States, Eastern Europe, Russia and China.

ALEX MASSIE, SVP Client Value Delivery

Alex Massie is the Senior Vice President of Business Solutions at ClickFox. In this role, Massie is responsible for overseeing development and delivery of CEA Platform enablement services that include advanced analytics as well as ClickFox University training and certification. Prior to joining ClickFox, Massie served as an associate at Booz Allen Hamilton where he delivered engagements focused on strategy and business process redesign with emphasis on Customer Relationship Management. Massie began his career serving in the US Navy as a Reactor Operator and Diver aboard Fast Attack submarines.

Al Mays is the Vice President of Platform Delivery. In this role, Mays is responsible for platform deployment and daily operations–overseeing information architecture, data integration and project management. During his tenure at ClickFox, he has also held several management positions in information architecture and pre-sales solutions architecture. Prior to joining ClickFox, Mays spent seven years at Ticketmaster where he held various positions beginning as an IVR developer and became the Director of Voice Applications where he set strategy and lead development, infrastructure and managed day-to-day operations of their complex voice self-service platforms. He holds a B.S. in Computer Science and Mathematics.


Robert Bagley is the Vice President of Research and Development. He oversees daily application development and leads product innovation, charting future product and technology strategies. Prior to his current role, he held various leadership positions at ClickFox focused on building and managing top-notch delivery teams in engineering services and customer support. Before ClickFox, he developed applications focused on improving key processes and reducing operating costs at the Georgia Institute of Technology and Southern Company. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from the Georgia Institute of Technology.


Lauren Smith is the Business Solutions Vice President at ClickFox. He is responsible for strategic client account relationships and account delivery across industries (such as cable/MSO, wireless, energy and financial services). Lauren oversees the ClickFox team of professionals who deliver consulting, analytics and training services accompanying software implementations. As VP, he works with clients to develop big data analytics strategies and ensure teams deliver actionable insights. Prior to joining the executive management team, Lauren served as the ClickFox Business Solutions Director of Analytics for over four years. His management and consulting background also includes working with companies such as Accenture and Slalom Consulting. He holds a B.S. in Industrial Engineering from Purdue University.
